Hi! Listing a smart home next-gen suite/casita for rent for a good price with all utilities included ($150+ if sectioned in 1/3rds). See pictures. This suite has its entrance for privacy, bathroom with walk-in shower, sectioned off A/C control over the unit, own washer/dryer for clothes, mini fridge, cabinets, new modern floors just installed, etc. Please note this is a studio apartment type, the main house bedroom/garage is connected to the suite's walls. Should not be able to hear much though. The living area is suite only without garage/backyard access (due to dogs, yet could reasonably be talked about). Without roommates, full privacy, modern living area, and on an epic side of town, it is a great choice for a student or military member. The great thing about this modern property on top of the above is that it’s in a gated and quiet safe neighborhood and area in Aliante in the Northern middle part of Vegas (30 min less to the strip, 22 minutes from Nellis AFB). No need to worry about crime or your safety especially at the house compared to other Las Vegas areas at the same price for similar units. I am an Air Force veteran myself and desire to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The suite can fit a queen-sized bed easily, a desk, a dresser for clothes with a TV on top, with a kitchen and washer/dryer area. Always open to hearing about your situation.
