Available May 1st This is a separate downstairs studio unit tucked deep in the back roads of Waimanalo. We live on a 1 acre flower farm and run our farm and florist business out of the property. We live in the main unit which is upstairs. There is a carport which is where the entry door for the studio is. We were the last ones to live in this studio while we were renovating our upstairs. In our late 30's we mostly work from home and are expecting our first baby in late May. We have one small dog, a call and a few egg laying hens. While everything is completely separate, we are looking for a like minded individual since we are in close proximity. Very private and quiet property except for farm and animal noises. - 600 sq ft - full kitchen *oven/stovetop not shown, but there is one - full bath - walk in closet - shared laundry right outside your door - water, electric and wifi included - no pets - no smoking - no A/C - month-to-month lease - single occupancy first month and one month's security deposit due upon move in. We do require a proof of income when applying. Photo of living room was taken when we lived in there...the couch is no longer there but we can replace the couch and rent furnished or unfurnished.
