Washing machine and dryer dedicated to cottage, all utilities included in rent: WI-FI, cable ready, electricity, water, sewer fees, pest control, and grounds maintenance. Minimal storage available, however, there's room for water sport items, like surfboard(s), kayaks, etc. This is a fully furnished cottage with a dinette table, chairs, King bed, and full size refrigerator, and kitchenette with quartz countertop and hot plate, toaster oven, and ample drawers for storage. About a five minute walk to the beach and drive to the MCBH back gate, or H-3 freeway to access any installation on the island such as Pearl Harbor, Wheeler AFB, and Schofield. This is a good location if you enjoy what Kailua has to offer. The beach is beautiful Kailua Beach, located on the windward side of Oahu. We would like to rent to long-term and are open to renting an initial 6 months on a lease and then month-month thereafter.
