Owner seeks a long-term non-smoking, plant and animal (cat) liking, neat, and quiet roommate to share a nice the 3 bedroom town home in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Mililani, HI. Utilities included in the maintenance fee are water and trash. Renter will be responsible for electric, renter insurance, and internet. Services included: home warranty services, yard and plant maintenance, pest control, and potentially cleaning service. Location of the townhouse gives the renter use of all the Mililani Town Recreation Centers, with REC Center # 2 within walking distance. Location of the townhouse is near the Mililani Town Center, is in easy driving distance to the Waikele Outlets, Waipio, and Kapolei. The location affords easy access to Kamehameha Hwy, H2, Scofield Barracks, Wheeler AAF, and the North Shore. Primary resident (the renter) occupies the huge master bedroom (picture does not reflect its size accurately) with ensuite bathroom. The townhouse is mostly unfurnished with the exception of the owners bedroom, the guestroom, and minimally functional kitchenware. All major appliances are contained within the townhouse. The owner works off-island and returns about four times a year for about a week at a time. This is a great situation for someone who really does not want a full time roommate and prefers a place of their own. The renter basically gets the majority of the townhouse for a reduced price. The owner respects privacy and pitches into the utilities when in HI.
