Howdy, I have a 4 Bedroom house in a very nice part of Vacaville, and rent out (3) rooms to Military. We have a cool dog named Frankie (Yellow Lab), he'll show ya' around the neighborhood! We have the best Wi-Fi you can get in Vacaville. This is a very easy going and relaxing house. You are more than welcome to have friends over for BBQ or whatever. I do have a nice (newer) Queen mattress if you would like to use. Very Close to Willis Jepson Middle School and many parks. You have a space in the driveway for parking. I currently have (2) other Air Force Tenants, 1 male, 1 female. I charge $950 per month (Utilities Included!), First and Last when you move in.
