A security deposit of $1,400 is due upon moving in. Rent is due the 1st of the month with a grace period to the 5th anything after the 5th will result in a $150 late fee. A $50 monthly pet fee will be executed (if applicable). The landlord and another tenant will also be living in the home in a separate room. Parking can be done in front of the house or driveway. If the renter has an electric car then the landlord and the tenant will communicate usage as the landlord has an electric car.
