Looking for a responsible neat female to rent my extra room with your own private bath. The bedroom is partially furnished with a double bed, bookshelf and 2 lamps. Rent is $1,600 a month plus $1,600 in security deposit. Roommate to share living room, kitchen and large lanai. AC unit in the living room. It is possible to install a portable AC in the bedroom. Parking in the building garage is available for an additional fee of $150 per month. Street parking also available. This is a shared condo space in my 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Moiliili. Includes all utilities except for phone. Washer and dryer in the unit. Building is secured with key entry, postal boxes inside the building, on site manager, outdoor swimming pool and meeting area. Building allows only one pet per unit. I have a small senior dog. Condo is close to Waikiki, Kapahulu, University of Hawaii and Ala Moana Mall/Park. Condo is very centralized located, about 10 minute drive to Kahala, Downtown and Diamond Head. Freeway access nearby and is on the bus routes (nearby bus stops). It does get some noise from the street below due to the busy street intersection.
