Looking for a couple of considerate female housemates for our farm in Westminster, MD (Carroll County). We are a very LGBTQ+ friendly household. We're three women, living in a six bedroom older farmhouse duplex property with guinea fowl, hens, dogs, and more livestock on the way. There are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, craft area spaces, a small work out area, large gardens in the backyard, and a firepit area is coming soon. It would be great if the roommate liked farm life, but it is not required. When we are not at work we are often gardening, taking care of animals, working on farm projects, or crafting. We would charge $750 a month for renting a room in our shared house with all expenses included. We try to be a considerate, somewhat tidy and warm household.
