Looking for a well-maintained, comfortable home during your PCS, TDY, or military transition? This approximately 2,700-square-foot San Antonio home was carefully improved and maintained with quality, comfort, and functionality in mind.
As a military member, I understand how stressful it can be to find dependable housing—especially when orders, timelines, and moves change quickly. My goal is to provide a clean, well-kept, smooth rental experience from move-in to move-out.
The photos attached as well as the photos in the Zillow ad are partially furnished because my wife and I were leaving at the time and was not able to take pictures with everything out at the time.
This home is currently unfurnished and can be viewed on Zillow at 2038 South Ellison Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78245.
The home features a 27-panel solar array, helping with energy efficiency during hot Texas summers, along with a foundation support system designed to help prevent shifting and settling. The home is also Google Fiber ready—only an Ethernet cable gateway is needed.
The baker’s kitchen is one of the highlights of the home, featuring newer appliances under two years old, a six-foot cooking island with live-edge wood countertop, inset electric range, built-in double oven, soft-close cabinets, pull-out drawers, farmhouse sink, garbage disposal, LG refrigerator, and a separate double-filtered drinking water attachment.
The pantry/laundry room includes a large walk-in pantry with five shelves across the back wall, washer and dryer hookups, and a wired six-gallon-per-minute tankless water heater. The two-car garage includes a water softener system, whole-home water filtration support, and 2x4 storage slats compatible with most 27-gallon storage totes. Tenants are asked to maintain salt in the water softener, usually about 60 pounds every six months.

I ask that tenants treat the home with respect, and in return, I will do everything I can to make the rental process professional, fair, and straightforward. Renters insurance is strongly recommended for your protection.
I understand this may be a temporary home for many PCS or TDY families. As long as there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear, tenants should expect most of their security deposit returned. If you help find a qualified replacement tenant, I will also offer a $200 finder’s fee to help make transitions easier.
Because I no longer live in Texas, I will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any yearly in-person property check-in.
