Two rooms available to rent, in Plumas Lake Home. Rooms are available now in a clean well - kept 2,222 sq.ft. home. I live here full-time with my friendly 10 year old German Shepherd and two cats. Renters should be comfortable with pets (but no additional pets are allowed). You will have access to one of the two available unfurnished private bedrooms and will share a full bathroom with the other renter. There is an additional 1/2 bathroom, that could also be utilized for tenants. Rent includes water, electricity, garbage and high-speed internet. Tenants will have full access to the kitchen, family/living room, laundry room and backyard. This is a no-smoking home (inside and outside). Current parking situation is that I have one space in the driveway and one space in front of our home, on the street. If one person wanted/needed to rent both rooms, I would consider a price break. I am a quiet, retired/disabled homeowner looking for respectful, responsible tenants who appreciate a peaceful, drama-free environment. My preference is for long term renters, but will also consider 6 month lease options. Plumas Lake is a relatively safe neighborhood and is in close proximity to Beale AFB.
