Doral Court, Oceanside, CA

I have a house in Oceanside on a cul-de-sack with a large parking driveway. Neat and clean house. Beautiful secure family neighborhood. Full run of kitchen, pantry area and indoor laundry room. Rent covers all utilities, wifi, etc. About 20 minutes to the Main Gate and the San Luis Rey Gate. The room for rent is basically set up as a studio. I have converted the front Living Room and Dining room into a huge studio style living space. The front of the house is sectioned off with a custom barn door for privacy. Fully furnished with a comfortable new-ish bed, bedding, antique dressers and nightstands. Bedding and restroom towel sundries are all available if you need it. No Smoking, No Drugs, No Pets and No Couples, please. My motivation for renting the studio is for the roommate to watch over my dog when I am away. This would be a requirement to the agreement. Easy, low maintenance dog. Plus watching the house is also important. Not at all a party scene. The house is very quiet and super boring. The room is only for ONE person. No Smoking, No Drugs, No Pets and No Couples, please. Everything is furnished, all you need is your duffle bag and gear.
