Roommate Wanted for a Bright and Quiet House Looking for one roommate to share a gorgeous 1800 sqft, four-bedroom home with. You will have a fully furnished room with a TV and spacious closet and dresser with access to the an additional closet (if needed). You also have a private full bathroom with full shower and storage areas inside. Full kitchen with all the essentials and room for you to store groceries, bright living room with TV, Netflix, and Prime, and a back yard with seating and a fire pit, washer and dryer in the home, driveway parking. The house is located two lights away from the back gate/San Luis Rey gate of Camp Pendleton. Target, Walmart, Sprouts, and most grocery stores are within a 5 to 10 minute drive from the house. About You: You work away from home, love dogs and enjoy a peaceful and calm living environment. You are tidy and keep your bathroom and room clean. You clean up after yourself if you cook or use dishes. I will clean the rest of the house. You appreciate open communication and strive to resolve anything that may come up in a productive manner. Visitors are welcome, but need to be discussed ahead of time. I will give you the same courtesy. The rental agreement is month to month to make it easier for us both. My last roommate lived with me for 3 years and moved out because he got married. You are welcome to talk to him and ask about anything you like. About me: I am easy going and gone most evenings and weekends during the day since I work from home all day. I have two senior dogs who will love you if you give them a treat and leave you alone if you just want some peace. They will not go into your room unless you invite them in and they do not go on the furniture except for their own chairs.
