It is located on 1 acre of land with good neighbors on all sides. It is about 5 minutes from the town center of North Pole for shopping, post office, restaurants, gas stations etc. and 22 minutes from Fairbanks. It is also very close to Chena Lakes recreation area for swimming, fishing, picnics, walks, cycling, canoeing and kayaking. The kitchen is completely furnished and there are hook ups for a washer and dryer. The current renters are retiring after staying in the home for 5 1/2 years.
