Ret. State Dept Foreign Service Officer seeks mature, responsible housemate for a 3 BDR/2 Bath well cared-for home while I'm outside Tampa. Open to long- or short-term stays. Fully furnished bedroom & extra/spare room + office/laundry room: both rooms have sheets, towels, dedicated closet space, etc. Limited garage and backyard shed storage space. Inside washer/dryer unit. Full kitchen set-up with dishwasher, 4-seat dining table, all pots/pans/dishes, etc. House has central a/c & electric heat, gets international TV channels (can use my Apple, Netflix, some Amazon content, too); fiber optic wifi. Street parking; shared driveway. Awesome neighborhood 15 mins drive from MacDill AFB; quiet owner-occupied street around the corner from all sorts of commercial/shopping (south of W Kennedy, east of Dale Mabry) and 5 mins. to I-275. Very walkable, perfect location. Only stipulation? Must. Love. Kitty Cats (my 3 weird felines retired from the mean streets of Embassy Beirut) and minimal care is required for them (litter robot machine, drinking fountain, all their food is provided of course)--they just need some care & interaction. [Note: house has good UV filtering too so interior air is clean.] Master/back BDR has king size bed & walk-in closet; front room has a double bed (6 ft 4" long), dressers, closet, chair, rug. Rent inclusive of all utilities, cleaning/house supplies (incl/ easy-to-use carpet shampoo machine; vacuum cleaner; kitchen gadgets etc). Email me with any questions and I can send more pics!
