1. Property owner has to right to perform periodic assessments on the property. Tenant(s) will be notified at least 24 hours in advanced prior to check in. 2. Any damages done to the house by tenant(s), occupant(s), or pets will be payable by the tenant(s). 3. Property is owner will be responsible for providing a functional living condition. However, if any damage or repair need is found to be the result of misuse, neglect or intentional actions by the Tenant, the Tenant shall be responsible for the cost of such maintenance or repair. For example, if plumbing issues such as clogged toilet or drain is determined to be caused by foreign objects (e.g., toys, wipes, or other non-flushable items) being flushed or improperly disposed of, the Tenant will be charged for the service and repair costs. 4. Late payments will be subject to termination of lease at property owners' discretion. 5. Termination of lease prior to designated end date will be subject to early termination fee as designated by property owner. 6. Tenant(s) is (are) responsible for all landscaping, lawn care, snow removal. 7. No smoking inside property. 8. Property owners are not liable for any injuries sustained while on property
