Fully furnished home inside and outside patio furniture. All utilities are included and the home has 3 Google TVs and WiFi is provided. Lawn and snow maintenance is also provided. Amenities • Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and appliances. • Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the basement. There is also a full size ironing board and a small clothesline for indoor drying • Heating/Cooling: The house has a gas furnace and central A/C. There is one window unit for the second floor. The second floor also has baseboard heat is and is controlled on the thermostat if you need it warmer. • Linens/Towels: Freshly washed bed linens will be on each bed when you arrive. Towels for each person will be in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Extra blankets and pillows can be found in the closets of the bedrooms. • Cleaning: will occur before you arrive and after your check-out on your last day. There is no daily cleaning or linen service. If your items become dirty during your stay, you can use the washer/dryer unit in the basement. • Parking: There is free private parking available at the house. There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway and parking is allowed along the front curb, first come basis. • The backyard is only partially fenced. Please keep a close eye on your pets or keep them leashed in the yard. There is a large German Shepherd that lives next door and we are not responsible for pets that escape or become too friendly.
