The main bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed. The third bedroom has a twin-sized daybed with a trundle. All bedding sheets/towels are included. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary appliances, pots/pans, utensils, and dishware for your cooking needs. A garage fits one vehicle comfortably, with 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway. All beach, lawn chairs are included for tenants' use. The fenced-in backyard patio has brand new patio furniture and growing citrus trees (photos to come). All lawn care is included in the rental price. Note: This is a month-to-month rental. The application fee is waived for active duty and reserve military members. Monthly extensions are possible with prior approval. Dogs are welcome, subject to approval, with an additional fee of $100 per dog per month. No cats please (the owner is severely allergic to cats). More photos to come.
