Indoors we feature hospital grade A/C, Foosball, Giant Connect 4, sticky darts, & classic board games. We have 5 real beds (2 Queens, 3 Twins) with additions available. We are just minutes from SnapDragon Stadium, SDSU, beaches, Sea World, the Zoo, Balboa Park, hiking & the best of San Diego. • A few beach sand toys and other beach items (in closet by front door) BEDS IN THE HOUSE • 2 Queen (sleeps 4) • 3 Twin (sleeps 3) • The beds above sleep 7 people. • The home comfortably sleeps 7 in beds, with an additional couch available for a child or single traveler if your group needs flexibility. • There is a 3-inch high full-size floor mattress with bedding available with prior notice. BEDROOMS • Bedroom 3, the primary bedroom, has 1 queen bed with a soft mattress. • Bedroom 2 has 1 twin bed with a firm mattress. • Bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed with a soft mattress. • The sunroom has a daybed with 2 twin mattresses. The sunroom gets sun in the morning. All walls between bedrooms have sound insulation. BABIES AND TODDLERS • Graco Pack 'n' Play On the Go Zip Playard • Toddleroo by North States Superyard 6 panel baby gate • High chair Graco and Todleroo are located in the primary bedroom closet. This is a walkable neighborhood. There is a hiking trail at the end of the street and 111 steps leading straight up to the schoolyard around the corner from the house where many locals exercise. HOUSE RULES Please follow these rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. GENERAL PROPERTY RULES 🚭 No smoking anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. 👟 Shoes-off house: Please remove your shoes upon entering. If you need to wear shoes indoors for medical reasons, please use the blue booties located on the front door shoe rack to cover your shoes. 🍽️ No eating or drinking in the carpeted bedrooms. Bottled water is the only exception. 🐾 No pets or animals are allowed on the property due to allergy concerns. 🔥 Do not use the fireplace. It is strictly for decorative purposes. 🧗 Do not climb or walk on the backyard slope. 🤫 Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 🚗 Be a good neighbor: Please be courteous and mindful of your noise levels when entering and leaving the property at any hour. 🛑 No parties or events are permitted. 👥 Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. Please ensure all members of your group are accurately registered on your reservation. 🆔 Valid ID may be requested for all guests upon arrival. 🗑️🗑️🗑️ Thursday: take trash bins to the street. Friday: bring trash bins in from the street. **Please use driveway instead of steps to prevent damaging wheels. GIANT GAME AND BOARD GAME CARE RULES Please keep all food and drinks away from games. When finished playing, please return all game pieces to their respective cases/bins so the next family can enjoy a complete game! 🏓 Ping Pong & ⚽ Foosball: Please protect the table surfaces. Keep heavy objects completely off the playing area. 🧩 Connect Four: Please double-check that all 42 plastic rings (21 yellow & 21 blue) are returned in good order to the game posts. 🧱 Jenga: Please double-check that all 54 wooden blocks are returned in good order to their bin.
