Mt Baker Lodging Cabin #27 - A private pet-friendly cedar cabin in Glacier, WA! Here is a recently remodeled private 2-story 3-bedroom 2-bath cedar cabin, with WIFI and an EV Charger. The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a great stone gas fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen (new appliances including a dishwasher), downstairs bedroom with 1-full bed, and 1-full bath. The 2nd floor features one bedroom with 2-queen beds and one bedroom with a king bed, a walk out balcony and an ensuite 3/4 bath. This WIFI and pet-friendly (2-pet maximum) vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly. RATES for Cabin #27: Mt Baker Lodging offers nightly pricing which can be extended to weekly and monthly rates. Utilities are included for all reservations. Reservations are subject to local taxes and fees depending on the length of stay. In addition, there is a non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $150. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $259 per night • USA Holidays – $299 per night • Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) $339 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $339 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) – $399 per night Weekly range: $1,813 - $2,793 Monthly range: $7,252 – $11,172 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
