House # 3 , the back house, is one of the three houses in a gated property in lower Manoa with a total land area of 15,882 sq. ft. There are two carpeted bedrooms and one shower room with a small lounge room on the second floor. There are two tiled rooms at the back of the tiled kitchen: one is used as a bedroom and the bigger one serves as dining/living room . Parking for two cars are close by. Any additional car will encur $60/car /month parking fee. Gas range is included. Tenants buy their own refrigerator, but negotiable. Tenants pay all utilities ( water and sewer, gas and electricity). Lease is renewable for tenants of good standing. Price is negotiable for only two tenants without frequent visitors ( maximum 3 days/ month stay). NO SMOKING & /VAPING inside the unit and its premises. Small dog may be allowed upon compliance with several terms and pet related insurance , non refundable deposit , and other veterinary measures for health safety to humans. For security reasons, Tenants are advised to manually close the gate every after entering and leaving the property. VIP Towing will monitor illegal parking. STRICTLY NO PETS, NOT EVEN As A VISITOR. Renters Insurance is needed to complete the lease agreement.
