Upstairs, the master bedroom includes 1-queen size bed and offers a great soaker tub (yes...in the bedroom!) with a spectacular view of Silver Lake. A 3/4 bath is included as well. Outside, there is a full-length deck with a gas fire ring, a private hot tub, and a propane BBQ...all overlooking the lake! Without a doubt, this is one of the most relaxing getaways that you will ever experience! This vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY). The chateau now has landscaped stairs leading down the embankment to an attached dock and swim ladder! Has WIFI. This vacation home received the 2014 Best Residential Wood Design Award. PLEASE NOTE: This rural vacation home is located on an unimproved road that is not maintained by the county. While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare accordingly by utilizing 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles. Nightly Pricing Structure • Regular Season - $329 per night • USA Holidays and Legendary Banked Slalom (1st Week in February) - $349 per night • Christmas (Dec 15th thru 25th) - $399 per night • New Years (Dec 26th thru at least Jan 1st) - $479 per night Weekly range: $2,303 - $3,353 Monthly range: $9,212 – 13,412 Nightly Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due date.
