This has been my personal residence for the last 20 years, but I just built a house and will be moving into new home shortly. It's a 2.5 br (there's a small loft/room for a child, which can easily be considered a bedroom), and 2 bathroom (one with tub, one stand up shower). Open and airy, lots of light, sun porch, open kitchen/living room area. It has gas heat and gas stove, dishwasher, modern appliances, the utility room has full size washer and dryer. Central air and heat. I have kept it up nice and it has a lot of upgrades. There is plenty of parking and it's on half an acre. There are no sidewalks in the neighborhood, so there's no foot traffic, which is nice. There is a small cottage behind the house and a 40 year old woman who has been living there for a few years. She is fantastic, but just a heads up that the property does have another person on it. I rarely ever see her and there's plenty of privacy. It's about four miles to the Coast Guard Base. I have rented the back cottage to CG over the years and it has been fantastic. Now it's time for me to move into my new house and for someone to enjoy this one. The move in date can be a little flexible. I can rent furnished, unfurnished, or semi...I am open to that also. I will take some photos and list them on here in the next day or two.
