Hello
I have a great house in the Swansboro NC Area. From the main gate of Camp Lejeune, you are about 20 minutes drive. Most of the traffic backs up the other direction from the main gate entrance so you have a nice ride into Jacksonville. From the main gate at Cherry Point, you are a 20-25 minute drive. It is an easy drive through the country.
The house has fantastic views of the intercoastal waterway. You are one block from the water and the boat ramp is 1 block away. It is a boaters paradise - the boat ramp is one block from the house. The view is spectacular of the sound and Emerald Island. You can come home from post and be on the water in your boat in 10 minutes. The boating is fantastic in Carteret County.
The house has fantastic views of the intercoastal waterway.
Will consider two separate service personnel on the lease. Such as officers, pilots etc....
You are away from the "city" of Jacksonville or Havelock and you are living on the coast surrounded by beautiful water and lush landscape. Emerald Island Beach is just over the bridge (5 min) and was rated in the top 10 beaches on the east coast.
Carteret County has excellent schools and this house has one of the best elementary schools in NC as the base school.
The house can come unfurnished or furnished for a slight up charge.
