You will be approximately 10 minutes from downtown and approximately 15 minutes from the St Johns Town Center and about 30 minutes to the beautiful Jacksonville Beaches, Mayo Clinic and Mayport Naval Station and approximately 5 minutes to Jacksonville University. We have a workshop on the premises in a separate building that is utilized on occasion. We will always attempt to notify the tenant before entering the workshop.
