This home is a nod towards the past and is lovingly named after it's original owner. This home has the beautiful touches of the past along with modern amenities. Enjoy the tongue and groove wall and gorgeous built in closets. Even the kitchen cabinets take you back to a time when homes were built to last. This home contains a carport and lovely screened in porch. Guests will enjoy the quiet neighborhood and timeless beauty of this home. Details of this Home Miss Audrey is a beautifully maintained home in the Historic District of Richmond Hill. Its central location and proximity to schools is a huge bonus. A comfortable kitchen, dining room and living room are all at your disposal. The two bedrooms are elegantly furnished. A washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. Miss Audrey has a minimum stay of 30 nights. There is no maximum. Many guests stay with us while waiting to close on a home and all leases are written with an open end date, so guests can give a 30 day notice when they are ready to leave. One small dog is welcome at Miss Audrey. However, the dog must be crated when the owner is not present. The dog must be disclosed at the time of booking. Guests are not permitted to have more than one small dog and cats are not allowed. Room Arrangements The master bedroom features a queen sized bed The second bedroom contains a full sized bed Pricing Miss Audrey rents for $2,200/month or $79/night with a minimum stay or 30 nights or more. This home comes fully furnished. Linens, dishes and a washer and dryer are provided. All utilities, lawn care and internet are provided as part of the monthly rent. Additional Fees There is a one-time cleaning fee of $175. This home is professionally cleaned between guests. Pet Fee Per Month: $85 - per month - Dog must be under 30 pounds and must be a small dog breed. The weight limit and number of dogs is non-negotiable on this property. We do not allow all dogs. Please see our policy below $500 deposit due to block off calendar. $69 goes towards insurance policy, good for 6 months. The rest is applied to the first month's rent. If guests elect not to purchase the insurance policy, they can place $3,000 as a refundable security deposit, due to block of calendar. This amount will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs. Guests can pay weekly or monthly via bank debit or credit card (3% fee with credit card payments). Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided. About the Area Richmond Hill is an upscale suburb of Savannah.
