Updates include brand new floors, appliances (fridge, stove, washer/dryer combo), and cabinets/countertops in kitchen and bathroom. It boasts a giant yard on a quiet street with a soon-to-be installed fence on the neighbor side to offer a richer sense of privacy. The house is centrally located - just a half mile to the hospital and 3/4 mile to the waterfront trail. 2 daycares nearby. A few minutes drive is Olympic National Park. Steps away are coffee, restaurants, a drugstore, and other conveniences. 3 miles to Coast Guard Base. We pay for water, sewer, garbage, and yard maintenance. 1 house-trained pet under 45 pounds permitted with a non-refundable pet fee of $500. For your comfort, we recommend no more than 2 adults and one child. No unauthorized business or parking of vehicles, equipment, or structures of any kind are allowed on the property. There is a concrete pad in the back for parking or front street parking. Our favorite parts of the house are the little reading nook in your second bedroom or office, and the view from the dining table to the side yard in the morning light!
