Suite A is a spacious, fully furnished 16-by-16-foot private room located approximately four miles from nearby hospitals—an inviting place to relax and recharge after a long shift. The suite includes a queen bed, smart TV, dresser, seating area, ceiling fan, and two walk-in closets. Its private ensuite bathroom features dual vanities and a glass-enclosed shower. Dedicated driveway parking is also included. Tenants have access to the shared kitchen, living and dining areas, dishwasher, washer and dryer, covered patio, and backyard. Other bedroom suites remain private. The locked converted-garage storage area and exterior storage shed are reserved for the property owner and are not included with the rental. The home is approximately seven minutes from SeaWorld and conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Exterior cameras monitor the outside of the property only, and an unmonitored ADT system provides entry chimes when an exterior door or window is opened. Wi-Fi, sewer, trash, lawn maintenance, and HVAC air-filter replacement every 60 days are included. Electricity and water are included subject to a combined $300 monthly household allowance. Any overage is divided equally among the adult tenants occupying the home during the applicable billing period. Suite A is available for stays of one to six months at $1,300 per month. A $1,000 refundable security deposit, $150 nonrefundable move-out cleaning fee, and renters insurance with at least $100,000 in personal-liability coverage are required. A $300 holding fee may be used to reserve the suite and will be credited toward the security deposit. Complete terms are provided in writing before any payment is collected.
