The rest of the house will have owner's things and will not be accessible. The laundry room has top loading washer and dryer. There is a gorgeous deck that overlooks a big yard. Full of apple trees and plants. The rent is is $1,250 + utilities. Utilities generally run from 250-300...depending on cable, water & electric usage.
