North Shore Yurt Life located on ag land. Located just uphill of Lanis/Papailoa area, this yurt setting is unique and likely not for everyone. Situated inside a gated community, the dwelling sits in a 1.5 acre field and is surrounded by mostly open space or other reserved land, it consists of two yurts connected by a deck that includes the outdoor shower. The larger (30' diameter) yurt has a high ceiling, functioning kitchen area with large fridge, and gas stove top. Currently set up with bed area, couch and tv zone, small dining table, and hardwood bar top connected to kitchen counter. The smaller (15' radius) yurt is currently mostly empty. The flushing toilet is about 100' away. There is a wash machine on site with cold water only, and no dryer. Highspeed WiFi, water, and power included. This living scenario is not for everyone. Some do very well with it, while others do not. I like to under promote its allure and describe it as a "glamping " like situation, so it takes a person who isn't accustomed to a highrise condo in the city.
