I am renting Fully furnished basement with 43 inch flat screen tv, mini refrigerator, microwave, bed linens and own private bath for a commuter. The flooring was recently installed - vinyl plank. This is not a full time rental. It is Monday-Thursday nights. NO PETS The basement is very private as you have to go up 15 step from entering the residence then down 15 steps to enter the basement. A commuter is an individual employed in the area Monday- Friday and goes back to their permanent residence on the weekends. This is a Monday-Thursday night rental. No weekends. The location is 27 miles from Washington, DC and 17 miles from the Pentagon. Interstate 95 is two minutes away and Route 1 is 1 minute away. Quantico Marine Base is 8 miles away and Fort Belvoir is 13 miles. There is the VRE train service about a mile away with direct service to Franconia-Springfield Metro, King Street Metro in Alexandria and L'Enfant Plaza and Union Station in DC. There is also also slugging a free ride to DC, or the Pentagon from Potomac ills, Horner Road.. The neighborhood is friendly and conveniently located, minutes away from various shopping areas - Wegman's, Uncle Julio's, Coldwater Creek, Chico's, Firebirds, Bar Louie, Not Your Average Joe's, Duck's Donuts, Brixx Pizza, . Brew Republic Bierwerks, Cava, Nearby -- about 3 - 5 miles is Potomac Mills. There are walking trails, tennis courts, and a clubhouse with a pool and exercising equipment.
