It is a short and beautiful 2.5 block walk to the pristine beach of Destin. Restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are within walking distance or a golf-cart ride away! In this new and well maintained community in Crystal Beach, you will have a view of the pool and palm trees from the balcony of our home. The beach is a beautiful 5-10 minute stroll. All 3 bedrooms and the main living space is equipped with smart screen HDTVs. Kitchen has all the tools you need to cook, bake or make a margarita! For the littlest guests, we offer a pack-n-play with an approved mattress, high chair and baby gates. In the bunk room, you'll find activities to keep the kids busy. There is a full size washer and dryer available for use, as well as, and iron and ironing board. In the garage, we have beach games, toys, and chairs with a wagon to take all the fun to beach. There are also 2 grills for use - one electric and one charcoal. (Charcoal grill MUST be used 10 ft away from any dwellings.)
