We have a three bedroom, two bathroom unit on a quiet beach in Waialua, available now for a 3-month lease and on a month-to-month basis thereafter. The unit is in a beachfront duplex, 3rd floor walk-up (no elevator). There is a covered lanai overlooking the ocean. The enclosed garage is on the ground level, with space for one vehicle. Street parking is also available. We are looking for a maximum 3 person occupancy, due to the shared septic sewage system with the 2nd floor unit, and the shared driveway. The unit is not furnished, but there are appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer/dryer). The renter will be responsible for maintaining these. Water, yard maintenance and garbage pickup are included in the rent but electricity is not. Monthly rent of $4200 includes GE Tax. Security deposit is $4200. No pets. We are seeking tenants who will respect the quiet neighborhood, treat the place as their own, and not hold parties or have guests staying with them on a regular basis. The unit is actually for sale, so we may occasionally need access for showings.
