Property will become available for rent between July1-4, 2026, conditional upon owners purchase and transition to a new home. 2. APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria: Rental history with no prior evictions. 3. SMOKING POLICY Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, and within the common areas of the community. 4. PET POLICY No Pets- none negotiable. Any late payments may be subject to fees in accordance with Nevada law after the 5th of each month. 18. EARLY TERMINATION Tenant may not terminate the lease early without written approval.
