With this rental you receive a very comfortable and nicely decorated unit. Much time and attention has been spent keeping this property maintained and updated so you can experience a pleasant stay. This location is only 5 minute walking distance to private gated beach access, includes 1 large pool, 1 tennis/2 pickleball court, and is in a great location to explore the city of Destin. I am the owner of this property and dedicated to providing my guests excellent service and a nice rental. For trips to the beach I provide guests with 1 beach cart, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 1 cooler. Additionally, to help improve your stay I also provide extra housekeeping amenities not typically found with other rentals such as beach towels, laundry detergent, bath soaps, keurig w/ starter pods, and more.
