Looking for a 181+ day rental on the beach in Hawaii? If so this location may fit your needs. It is a small beachfront one bedroom condo on the North Shore town of Waialua, a quaint historic sugar cane town. I have rented it on a long term basis for the past 12-14yrs. Will consider renting it for 3mo up to 12mo at a time, fully furnished, just bring your suitcases So as not to waste your time, up front, no pets/animals allowed and unit will be rented as a no smoking unit. Due to a fire a few years ago(not in my unit), the entire building is non smoking. If you are a smoker u will have to go outside to do so.. Additionally, if your lifestyle include lots of partying and making noise, definitely prudent to look for a rental that is more accepting of that kind of lifestyle.
