This unit is so relaxing and quiet, you will feel like you are on vacation when you are there. While it is on the small side, it is super efficient and really all that a single or couple really needs. An extra guest can also sleep on the convertible sofa.
The kitchenette is limited for the regular chef but if you are busy person, it is just fine. Wouldn't you rather be at the beach or the golf course anyway? The Sleeping Bear National Park land is less than two miles away for extensive hiking and cross country ski trails. Cross country ski and sled right out your back door during the winter. And, the nearby airstrip and driving range is within walking distance to the condo. There is plenty to explore.
This restful spot has something for everyone at a very affordable rate. During the summer months, it serves as a vacation rental but we would consider extended stays at a competitive price. Leelanau County is truly God's country and this is a great spot to appreciate it, the rolling hills of the golf course, the views of Lake Michigan, beautiful puffy clouds, sunsets and sunrises, bald eagles mating, star gazing, storm watching - you name it! We get all of nature's finest out here!

Protect Yourself
To ensure your online rental search is a positive experience, be sure to follow a few basic
guidelines:
Avoid unusual forms of payment. Never wire funds via Western Union, Moneygram,
or any other wire service. Wiring money is the same as sending cash - once you
send it, you have no way to get it back.
Don't send money to someone you've never met in person for an apartment
you haven't seen. If you can't visit an apartment or house yourself, ask
someone you trust to go and confirm that it's for rent. In addition to setting
up a meeting, do a search on the landlord and listing. If you find the same ad
listed under a different name, that's a clue it may be a scam.
Never provide your financial information (bank account number, social security number,
credit card number, eBay/PayPal info, etc.).
Call the property manager / landlord owner and ask questions regarding the property
such as how long they have owned it, recent maintenance, and request references from
previous tenants. You should request a rental agreement or a printed list for your
obligations as a renter and review carefully.
