data’s original purpose. Your contact details, access data and analytics cookies are
kept indefinitely unless you specifically request for their removal. In the event of a
removal request, we will only retain the portion of personal data we believe is needed to
comply with the law or other regulatory request.
Data we collect
We collect information about you in two ways: directly from your inputs and through
automated technologies. When you visit our website, your device’s data is
automatically logged. This “access data” may include the following information:
your device’s IP address; your web browser type/version; your operating system (OS);
your internet service provider (ISP); dates/times you accessed the website; websites visited
by you prior to accessing our website; and websites you accessed from our website.
We use Google Analytics to collect non-personal information about you. Google Analytics
creates a usage profile for each visitor who accesses our website in order to optimize the
website’s user experience. A usage profile assigns you with a pseudonym that analyzes
your behavior while on the website. These data are anonymized and are not typically merged
with your other Google data. For more information on Google Analytics, please visit
Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
You can object to the use of Google Analytics by changing your browser settings or by
following the instructions at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

website, such as search queries, chat boxes, job applications, information requests, general
communications, billing forms, and click data. The personal data we collect may include your
contact information (first and last name, email address, mailing address, country of origin,
phone number), financial information and any other information you choose to disclose.
There will be times, such as when you self-register or register properties in the website
database, when we will need to obtain personally identifiable information from you or about
you. Such personally identifiable information may include your name, home address, business
address, e-mail address, telephone number, or your rank (if in the Military). The
information we receive about you or from you may be used by us and others to help process or
complete a transaction related to housing referrals on this website; to comply with any law,
regulation, audit or court order; to help improve our website or the products or services we
offer; for research; to better understand our customers' needs; to develop new offerings;
and to alert you to new products and services in which you may be interested. As a matter of
policy, we do not sell, rent or share any of your personal information, including your email
address, to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
It is your choice if you want to respond to the advertisements placed in our normal
communications.
Under some circumstances we may require financial information, including credit card
information to process user initiated credit card transactions for fee related services. All
financial transactions are processed via a secure, PCI compliant interface.
