The room is furnished currently. It has a queen bed, dresser, tv, couple of stands and lamps, cable, WIFI. If a tenant wishes to utilize the furnished items it's no problem, if they prefer to use their own furnishings, then I can remove the above mentioned items. There is no additional costs to furnish the room if you choose to utilize the room as it stands. Of course you get to share the rest of the house as well and all the amenities. 42"plasma HDTV w/surround sound in living room, w/d, d/w, patio w/ BBQ & hot tub, weight/workout room, sauna, private driveway, large yards, central air, etc.
Monthly bill provided the last week of each month for a first of month payment. $600.00 a month includes all utilities, no security required. Available date may be flexible than listed date.
