This is a sister cottage to another listing here (S'Mores Galore). They are similar in usable space, but this unit has a full basement with a workshop, hobby room, storage room and laundry room so there is more storage area. It has two twin beds and a pull-out queen sleep sofa. There is also a twin daybed in the hobby room but it is not a legal sleeping room, so it has been used as a small settee. There is a large L-shaped glass desk in the hobby room which picks up the Wi-Fi so it works great as a study. The kitchen has a built-in wall oven, built in Microwave, double bowl sink, refrigerator and disposal. The bathroom is new fixtures, ceramic, and new pine tongue-and-groove walls. It is a classy unit, with a cute balcony off the back, a gas wall-hung fireplace, and a huge new front deck. There is a nice wood storage building in the back. The parking area is very large and gravel and a firepit is in front. There is an association beach 1/3 mile from the house, a boat launch, and a playground is just around the bend.
