Welcome to my Mello Yello home in peaceful Joshua Tree! Located on 5 acres, with 360 degree views of the tranquil desert and mountains. A great place to recharge and clear your head. 20 minutes from downtown Joshua Tree and 20 miles from 29 Palms Marine Base. Utilities and Wifi included!!! Features Private Bedroom with Queen bed, Private bathroom with Shower, and Closet. Patio, fire pit, hammocks, hot tub, BBQ grill, and balcony. Spacious living room with desk and Roku TV. Mini-splits for heating/cooling. Has everything you need just bring your clothes and yourself! The space Large kitchen with dedicated pantry, shelf, and refrigerator space for your goods. Many Bath towels and LInens and blankets. Living room has plenty of seating with large Roku TV. There is also a large desk you can use as your workspace. The second floor loft also has a queen bed which can be used if either of us has visitors staying overnight. There is a laundry room with Washer/Dryer. The entire space is for you to use freely and comfortably. Guest access You will have a key to the side door. The only areas off limits are my bedroom and one locked supply closet. The rest of the home is yours to use freely and comfortably. There is extra storage space outside for bikes and any exercise equipment you may not want to keep in your room. I travel a lot, so you may have the place to yourself alot of the time. During your stay I love meeting new people and my door is always open for questions. I have had some housemates who enjoy sharing a meal or a chat, while others prefer their solitude. I am accomodating to all personality types and follow my guests lead. I am on the quiet side myself. So no pressure to engage. This is my peace on earth and I hope it will be yours too for the short time you are here. It is a great environment to recharge and clear your head. About me: I am a retired Navy Veteran, I spend most of my time in my room or outside. Previous housemates have said it's like living with a ghost. If you look for me you'll find me somewhere. I love to bake and often cook and always make extra to share. The house always smells like a home. Other things to note:. Must love cats! I have a sweet kitty named Honey. He keeps to himself and spends most of his time outside, just like me.
